Inbox & live monitoring

Inbox covers passenger and chauffeur threads. Live monitoring shows chauffeurs on the map when location is available.

Inbox

Operator inbox with message threads — Inbox — passenger and chauffeur threads

Thread list: Unread badges, last message preview, passenger vs chauffeur context.
Search / filters: Find by name or booking reference when the list is long.
Composer: Reply in-thread. Keep passenger-facing tone separate from internal Bookings notes.
Deep links: ?thread= or ?chauffeurId= from notifications open the right conversation.
View on map: When configured, jumps to Live monitoring focused on that chauffeur.

Live monitoring

Live chauffeur monitoring map — Live monitoring — chauffeurs on the map

On duty / Located toggles: Filter pins to chauffeurs currently on duty and/or reporting GPS.
Chauffeur pin: Select for name, duty state, and open job context.
Empty map: Nobody on duty, location permission denied, or GPS stale. Same constraint as Dispatch map.
