Draft vs publish
Edit in Pricing screens on a draft. The Simulator can use draft numbers. Publish (Versions) when the customer should see the change. Map polygons, fares, bands, and surcharges travel with the pricing version.

Operator guide for the live pricing engine. Amounts are integer pence. Live customer quotes use the published version only.
Vehicle classes
- One-way / distance — mileage bands plus class minimum fare.
- Hourly — hourly rate × billable hours (included-hours floor where configured).
- Airport fixed — per class × airport (example seed: Executive Saloon × LHR).
Zones, airports, extras
Draw or import zones on the pricing map. Airport pins use the same published snapshot. Service extras add after the composed base fare. See in-app Pricing → Simulator before you publish.
