Operators share portal URLs scoped to an org slug. Track / quote / invoice links are tokenised public pages.

  1. Open the passenger portal

    #/portal/{orgSlug} — Home, Book, Trips, Inbox, Account. Sign in when prompted.

  2. Sign in to the portal

    Email / magic link / password depending on org settings.

  3. Use shared public links

    • Track — #/track/… live trip link from confirmation SMS/email
    • Quote accept — #/quote/{token}
    • Invoice pay — #/invoice/{token}
    • Public book / embed — embed host (see Builder)
